Third Party Organizations Posting Volunteer Opportunities
When a third party organization posts information on Pebble Tossers’ website (PTW), our staff will make an initial detailed review of the organization and the posted volunteer opportunity. PTW allows other organizations to post and update information regarding their mission and needs. Pebble Tossers will not be responsible for third party websites or content. We encourage you to do additional research about organizations of interest before participating in their posted activities. If you are a minor, have a parent or guardian help you navigate the site and select a volunteer opportunity. Additionally, a parent or guardian should always accompany a minor when meeting with an organization for the first time.
Third Party Content
Pebble Tossers website acts as a clearinghouse of information supplied by users of the services and other third parties. Accordingly, we have no editorial control over such content. Any information, services, or offers made by third parties, including information made by other users, are those of the respective authors and not of us. We neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any such information. You should understand that we do not and cannot monitor all content entered or listed by other organizations for accuracy or reliability.
Dealings with Third Parties
Your relationship with nonprofit and public service organizations, volunteers, partners, sponsors or other third parties found on PTW, including posting or acceptance of volunteer opportunities, and any other terms or conditions associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such Third Party. We accept no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any injury or damages to any person or property caused in connection with such dealings, as well as any cause of action, claims, suits or demands that may arise as a result of such injury or damage. Pebble Tossers, Inc. strongly recommends that all children under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult or guardian while volunteering at any location.
