We’re celebrating #GivingTuesday with an outdoor drive-in fundraiser. In addition to the family favorite showing of Elf there will be live music, t-shirt giveaways, a raffle, toy drive for our nonprofits and of course lots of fun!

How it works: 

Each car gets a space for the car and the space directly in front for tailgating.

Food + Beverage: 

You can bring your dinner or order via mobile app from the Springs Cinema + Taphouse menu: they will deliver to your car

    Will popcorn and food be available for purchase?

    A:

    Yes, you can order via The Springs Cinema + Taphouse mobile app and it will be delivered safely to your vehicle. Upon entrance to the event, you will receive a menu with a QR code that will walk you through the ordering process. Upon receipt of your order, a runner wearing a mask and nitrile gloves will deliver your order to your vehicle.

    Will the movie still play if it rains?

    A:

    Yes, you can stay inside your car and listen through your car speakers.  (but we’re hoping for snow!)

    Will this be a socially distanced event?

    A:

    Absolutely! Your ticket (vehicle pass) gives you access to two parking spots: one directly in front of the other. You can stay in your vehicle or sit in the adjacent spot – there will be plenty of space between you and the other patrons. Food delivery, raffle ticket sales and giveaways will all be safely executed.

    Are bathrooms available?

    A:

    Of course! Guests will be permitted into the venue to use  two sets of restrooms. Should a line form at any time, there are measured social – distancing indicators on the ground and floor to ensure all parties in line maintain 6-feet of separation.

    How will we hear the movie?

    A:

    Great question! Sound will be transmitted directly to your vehicle via FM transponders and received through your existing FM/AM radio. There are also outdoor speakers for those that want to roll the windows down or sit in lawn chairs/on blankets.

    What are the raffle items and how will that work?

    A:

    Each vehicle pass comes with one (1) raffle ticket and additional tickets will be sold on-site (from a safe distance) at the cost of $20 for four (4) tickets. Winners will be drawn right before the movie is scheduled to begin.

    Is participation in the toy drive required or what if I forget my toy?

    A:

    No…but, it wouldn’t be a true Pebble Tossers event without a service project. We’ll be collecting toys and/or Walmart gift cards for the children in Vine City served by our nonprofit partner, Agape Way. We’ll have a safe drop-off at check-in.

    If you forget your toy or gift card, just let us know and we’ll set up a time to get it from you.
