Membership Cancellation Policy

Pebble Tossers memberships can be canceled at any time. Please note that, effective upon cancellation, your membership and access to all benefits will be voided. Your account will remain accessible to view past project registrations and verified service hours.
Note: Cancellations are a members-only action. Pebble Tossers staff cannot cancel on your behalf. Please see the guide below for steps, or contact our team at membership@pebbletossers.org for questions.
To cancel your membership, please view this guide for steps.
1. Log in to your Pebble Tossers account. [Access the login here.]
2. Navigate to your profile icon and select “Switch to Classic View” from the drop-down menu.
3. From the top navigation bar, click on “My Activity” and select “Purchases”
4. In the Purchase menu, your current subscriptions will be on display. Click on the menu icon to the left of your current subscription to open the subscription details.
5. Navigate to and click on the “Actions” drop-down.
6. Select “Cancel” to end your membership.
7. A banner will appear at the top of the navigation bar to notify you of your membership cancellation.
8. To view the current subscription status, click on “My Activity” from the navigation bar and select “Purchases”.
9. Your membership status will be displayed as canceled.
Note: This is the only way to end your membership. Signing out of your account and “unjoining” Pebble Tossers from the home dashboard doesn’t cancel your membership.
Canceled Membership FAQs
When will I stop being charged for the membership?
You won’t be charged again unless you restart your membership.
I don’t see the option to cancel on my account.

I canceled before the end of my annual billing period. What will happen to my account?
Our membership management platform, powered by GivePulse Inc., currently does not support continued membership activity after it has been canceled. Your membership access and benefits will be voided immediately after cancellation.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
Our membership management platform, powered by GivePulse Inc., currently does not support pausing membership subscriptions. You can only cancel and rejoin as members if you wish to end your membership temporarily.
I want to renew my membership after canceling.
To renew your Pebble Tossers membership, please log in to your account and navigate to the home dashboard. Click on “Join” and continue with the membership application process.
I was charged after canceling.
If you were charged after canceling, your cancelation may have been unsuccessful, or your membership is still active under a family member’s account. Please follow the guide on how to cancel your membership here. For questions and assistance, please contact our team at membership@pebbletossers.org.
